Founder Stacey Smith has worked in the drug and alcohol field for 12 years in education, treatment and training. As well as providing training to professionals including Drug Workers, Police Officers, Social Workers, Teachers and anyone that needs to know about such things across all tier levels. During her time as Training Officer for Birmingham Drug and Alcohol Action Team she wrote the Drugs, Alcohol, Resources & Treatment (DART) Guide which has been disseminated to staff across Birmingham and has also been developed into an E-Learning Package.
