What does it cover?
This two hour workshop provides an introduction to developing emotional self-awareness with Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping).
- Explore how our emotions affect us day to day
- Understand the link between our thoughts, feelings and actions and how we can change.
- How letting go of our negative emotions can benefit our emotional, mental and physical health.
- A demonstration of EF Tapping and how it can be used as a coping strategy to more effectively manage our thoughts, feelings and actions.
