I work with clients on a variety of issues and have a particular interest in Dependency, Diet, Social Anxiety, Confidence Building, Stress and Phobias.
My background is supporting people with dependency on substances and helping clients deal with the related emotions. In particularly helping those who wish to cut down or stop the use of Tobacco, Cannabis, Alcohol and other substances.
